Parents are advised to send their words to school in proper uniform. No student will be allowed to join the class if he/she is not properly uniform.
Parents are requested to pay a charge for excursion, Picnic etc.
Parents are also requested to contact the principal regarding the progress of the word (s) living in the school-hostel to discuss any academic problem and its possible solution.
Parents are again requested to take part in 'Parents-Teacher Meet' and make the 'meet' affirmative.
PROGRESS REPORT
Guardians will be informed of the academic progress of their words.
Examination is conducted during the academic year.
1st periodic - June
Half yearly exam - Sep
2nd Periodic - Dec.
Final Exam - march
Weekly tests are conducted for all subjects
Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole year`s performance.
WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals from any class must be preceded by a month`s notice in writing or a month`s fee in lieu of notice.
All dues will have to be cleared before a transfer certificate is issued.
Transfer certificate will be issued after two days of receiving the application.
A fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged of issuing a duplicate copy of the transfer certificate and the parent will have to submit an affidavit about the loss of the original certificate.

All parents/ Guardians may please note that the terms as given in the prospectus are liable to change with or without prior notice by the school administration depending upon administrative contingencies or exigencies arising at any time.
Clarification, if any, given by the school by way of interpretation to the various clauses contained in the prospectus shall be tenable at medininagar court only.

Please use the school diary to communicate with the class teacher and check regularly the diary for Home-work, class work and any other Information given by the teachers.
Please check and sing the weekly test copies and assessment test copies.
Please collect your word`s progress report personally on the specified dates.
Please ensure that your ward comes to school regularly and is punctual. no absence will be permitted, a leave application late comes will be allowed to sir in the class.
Please make sure that both parents attend the parent-teacher meet.

Don`ts
Please do not walk into the classrooms and talk to the teacher when the classes are on.
Please do not send your ward if they are suffering from any infectious disease.
Please do not send money or any valuable articles with the students.
Please do not insist on meeting your ward when it is not a visiting day.
Do not send them with mobile phones to school.
Do not allow your wards to come to school on two-wheelers.
